Keep Your Card Safe

If your Carver debit card is lost or stolen, please contact us in one of the following ways:
Please call (855) 217-3373. We'll promptly cancel your card and send you a replacement.    
                                                                                                                   
You can also login to online banking or our app and go to Card management > Select ATM/Debit Card to deactivate it online

>>>To report a lost or stolen card, simply select "Report card lost/stolen." Your card will be deactivated immediately, and all one-time and recurring transactions will be blocked.
