Carver operates 10 full-service branches in the New York City boroughs of Brooklyn, Queens and Manhattan. Carver recently acquired the Brooklyn-based Community Capital Bank to expand our service and product offerings and to better serve the small business community.
We are looking for customer-service focused individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit who can work effectively whether independently or with a team while juggling multiple priorities. Our positions offer the opportunity for a high level of exposure to senior management.

Small Business Loan Workout Specialist
Assist the Loan Workout Manager in directing the management and risk mitigation of delinquent, seriously delinquent, and foreclosed assets. Must have prior small business and loan workout experience.
Portfolio Manager
Responsible for the oversight of an existing loan portfolio which consists of Business, Not for Profit, US Small Business Administration guaranteed, Commercial Real Estate, multi-family, and mixed-use property loans.
Junior Credit Analyst
Assist the Credit Officer in developing and documenting a more comprehensive analysis of the neighborhoods in which we lend, the local credit environments impacting lending conditions, and our customer base. Must have exceptional MS Excel and analytical skills. Part-time or internship available
